Oh little Scotty! He was quite the entertainer and I still don't believe that voice comes out of him:)
We were SO excited for The Band Perry! They have some catchy songs so it was fun to sing along with them. Poor brothers get the shaft, the sister gets all the attention...but she is great!

They had little breaks in between to switch the stages over. I went out to get a drink in the SERIOUSLY long lines. It took forever but I managed just by people watching and watching out for people too. Some people had a little too much. All of a sudden the guitar started up and you have thought there was a fire in the building and people were running for their lives. It cleared almost instantly. Not me, I was getting that $4.50 drink (seriously? For the same drink I get at the gas station?) no matter what.
I have a whole new respect for Brad Paisley. He rocked that guitar! We were well entertained for the rest of the show. Right off the bat he gave away the guitar he was just playing. I am so sad because my camera decided to die right after I took these two pictures. He walked all over the place, through the crowd, up down and all around.

Scotty came out and sang with him and The Band Perry came out for a jingle as well. Me and Soph got talking about the song he does with Carrie Underwood. He had to sing that song. Who was he going to sing it with? We were thinking maybe TBP girl would come back out for it. Well the show went on. We see a blondie sneaking through the back onto stage but it was definitely not TBP girl. Me and Soph started hitting each other, "Look, who is that?" Then the song started. And then she sang. "No way, No way." Then the lights came on and the camera finally showed who it was up on the screen. OH MY GOSH!! CARRIE UNDERWOOD was there singing. We were freaking out, I mean freaking out! Carrie Underwood was a total surprise and it was awesome! She has an amazing voice. I was trying to hard to get my camera to magically turn on and my phone wouldn't take a decent picture. Watching and listening to her sing totally made the decision for me that I HAVE to go to her concert, whether it's local or not. The song ended and we were still in total shock and now we were really like giddy school girls. Then the nice lady who was sitting by Sophie who we had made nice with throughout the show kindly was trying to tell us that "that really wasn't Carrie Underwood. That is why he calls it a 'virtual' tour."....oh. You know how to ruin a night lady. That is just mean. We tried to play it off but the whole rest of the show I think we were crushed. We couldn't stop talking about it, thinking about it, and eventually laughing about it.

Sounds like a fun time. Soph seriouslly has a way with the tickets. I think she made friends with the radio people!
