And the adventure begins. Alpha Acadia, Columbia, and Razors Edge all hit the road and after a LONG drive and a couple blowouts (bound to happen with 7 kids)we made it to our pit stop in Viva Las Vegas. There we picked up Black Beauty, party of 4, and stayed the night and were on our way again. After an even LONGER drive (rush hour type traffic + people who don't know how to drive = hell)... the party arrived!! After meeting up with Bok and Pa and checking into our hotel we couldn't get to the beach fast enough! It was overcast and chilly but that didn't stop everyone from slowly making their way into the "big pool".
That night our hotel hosted some smore action by there makeshift fire. It was a little chilly so we tried to get all the heat we could, which meant pretty much being in the fire. So relaxing to just sit while the kids had a wild game of football. Maybe it helped too that Ava finally fell asleep after a long stroll down the bayside.

Fun family trip! You guys are brave driving that long with seven little ones. Your girls are so lucky to be surrounded by that many cousins. How fun.
